Tickets and invitations
All exhibitors and booth personnel must have their own ticket to enter the exhibition area.
How to proceed:
1. Fill in this form Eventreg.
2. Check “Exhibitor” under role.
3. Select your company from the “Choose exhibitor” list.
Once you have completed the registration, you will receive an email with your ticket. You can then log in to My Page to send free invitations to customers and register booth personnel.
When logged in to My Page, you can:
- Send free invitations/entry tickets under “Invite guests”
- Register booth personnel who will staff your stand under “Personnel”
- Purchase tickets for evening events and the conference under “Tickets”
About registering booth personnel
Everyone from your company attending the exhibition must be registered under Personnel or register themselves as described above. Anyone in your company can register booth personnel and send invitations that grant customers and contacts free entry to Aqua Nor 2025.
Enter the contact information of the colleague who will attend – not your own – and they will receive an email invitation with registration instructions.
About registering free invitations
Each exhibitor receives 50 free invitations. Sub-exhibitors receive 10 free invitations. These are registered under “Invite guests”.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and send it. The invited person must complete their own registration via the link they receive from you by email. The link is automatically generated in the email.
