Some of our exhibitors have from time to time been contacted by companies like International Fairs Directory, Expo Guide, Fair Guide and other companies which offer false catalogue entries on the internet. In addition, exhibitors have received unsolicited offers to purchase participant lists.

Numerous companies are also offering accommodation or sending false invoices for participation.

The offers have been formulated in a way which gives the receiver an impression that these companies are cooperating with Aqua Nor, which is not the case.

• Aqua Nor has never released any client data to these companies.
• Aqua Nor has never had any association with these companies and will never engage in any form of collaboration with them.
• Your data is safe with Aqua Nor.

By signing a contract, you risk being bound to make payments for several years, and it can be difficult to get out of these contracts.

Be aware of this in order to avoid any future problems.

We urge everyone to look closely at the sender address of such inquiries – and contact us if there is any uncertainty about the seriousness.
